  • Items may be shipped via USPS, UPS, or Fed Ex unless specific arrangements are requested, but we almost always use USPS.

  • All items are in new or like new condition unless specific condition is noted in the description.  The condition of all items is guaranteed.  Insurance covers loss during shipping.  Insured items that are lost during shipping will be refunded or replaced 30 days from the shipping date.
  • We reserve the right to self-insure packages. With our “any reason” guarantee, self-insured packages save money, and damaged or lost packages are replaced or refunded faster and with less paperwork than through postal service insurance.
  • We do combine shipping costs for different types of products if we can combine them into one box. Inquire about rates.
  • INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
  • Because of ebay programming limitations I cannot accurately quote both US and international shipping with insurance in my auctions.   Inquire about insured shipping rates or wait for an invoice.  We guarantee condition of all items, but lost packages will not be refunded or replaced unless insurance has been purchased.
  • Many buyers have asked, but we cannot mark customs forms as “gift.” We are also required by law to mark the exact purchase price on customs forms. Some sellers mark this value higher thinking it is insurance, thereby costing buyers extra excise taxes. We enter only the bid value, not including shipping.  Customs and import fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

Pre-ordered boxes usually ship within a day of release, and pre-ordered sets within 5 days of release.  We guarantee shipment within 14 days of release or we will offer either immediate refund, or store credit of 105% of the purchase to be used on your choice of the same product when it releases or any other store items.  Payments are expected one week prior to release, or within 7 days of auction end. whichever is LATER.
