GENERAL PROCEDURES: eBay’s Return Shipping Method
We urge our clients to first try to contact us to resolve any issues with lost, damaged, broken, mislabeled or otherwise altered products. Our main concern is our Customers? Open a return item(s) request on your eBay account for the specific item(s) and we will reply with a Return Approval Number (RMA) or with the fastest solution to the issue(s). Once you receive the authorization you may return the item(s) to the address eBay will provide.
Buyers have 14-30 days to return items or to open a case regarding a damaged, broken or altered item. Item must be returned unused and in the same new condition as received. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs if the reason for return is simply because the Buyer changed his/her mind, he/she does not want/need the item any longer, does not like the item, decided to purchase the item from another seller; or a combination of these. Once the item is returned and received, we will inspect it for any damage and/or defects. Once we conclude it is in the same condition as originally shipped, we will issue a refund to the PayPal account the item was purchase with. Credit Card, eChecks and other methods of payments originally accepted by PayPal for purchases are also refunded to PayPal. Once we have the PayPal refund information we will email the buyer with it. If the reason for returning the product is because it arrived damaged, non-operational or in any form which would not seem fit of a new product, then we will take responsibility and request the buyer ship the item back to us (in these cases we will pay for the return shipping).
